Policies

Repairs:

We will repair any item at no cost unless it is determined that the piece has been damaged due to neglect.

Returns/ Exchanges:

We will offer a full refund/ exchange if a return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges past 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping/ Delivery:

All orders are shipped through insured UPS ground or insured USPS Priority Mail. Please reach out if you're in Tucson and would like to pick up your order in person or have us hand deliver.

Order Time

To ensure only the highest quality, all collection pieces will be made to order. This means more customization and better turquoise.

Most pieces will be ready to ship in 5 to 7 business days. On rare occasions, orders can take up to 6 weeks, if this is the case we will reach out to you once your order is placed with order updates.
