Grand Isla cuff
This Grand cuff is named Isla (French for Island) because the stone floats in a sterling silver cuff. This is a statement piece originally designed by Frank Patania Jr. in the 1960s. Patania works with six different types of gemstones; White Topaz, Smoky Quartz, Amethyst, Sky Blue Topaz, Green Amethyst, and Citrine, as well as Turquoise. These six stones were hand selected by third-generation silversmith Sam Patania to provide a vibrant addition to all jewelry creations and to offer a variety of color to please all customers.
All the gems in the Patania Collection are designed in the premium “Concave Cut” This special cut shows off the brilliance of every gem and it gives each stone the best light return without dead spots. Legendary Patania Jewelry uses only the highest quality tarnish-resistant sterling silver to frame these beautiful gems.
