Rio Grande Estate Cuff

These Rio Grande cuffs from the Sylvia Estate Collection are a bold and elegant statement piece. The cuffs have a five-inch interior diameter with a one-inch opening fitting small wrist sizes. Much of Patania's Jewelry was inspired by the late Sylvia Patania, making these cuffs a timeless and treasured piece.
